A contribution is required for delivery costs in Italy equal to the volume/kilo of the goods shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel and make this contribution free for special orders and/or promotions (net of discounts, promotions and collection costs).


The shipment of products is carried out via express courier selected by La Bancarella, for which a shipment tracking service is active.

The courier makes deliveries on working days (with the exception, therefore, of Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays) from 9:00 to 18:00. Deliveries will be made within 48/72 hours from the date of the Order Confirmation (if the order is placed by 4.00 pm on a weekday and except in the case of force majeure events or unforeseeable circumstances) excluding areas uncomfortable.

In case of non-delivery, the courier leaves a notice of passage on the intercom/in the mailbox, informing the recipient of the passage. A second step is automatically scheduled the next day. All inquiries can be made to 

The Stand is not responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier, despite making every effort to resolve them.

In the case of deliveries made at receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist), La Bancarella will not be held responsible for subsequent failures to deliver the package to the final recipient.

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps);

Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately detected by placing a specific indication on the product delivery document to be delivered to the courier.

Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods set out in this document.


The delivery of the products takes place within 48/72 hours from the date of receipt of the order if the latter is placed by 4pm on a weekday. Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, malfunctions in the courier's service, causes of force majeure or in the event of holidays. In any case, La Bancarella will communicate any information to the customer via email.

The delivery times indicated by La Bancarella must be considered purely indicative and a delay with respect to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments, does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.
